Retreat Mallorca

26th September – 3rd October 2026

18th – 25th September 2027

25th September – 2nd October 2027

A week of yoga and strength training in Mallorca in the stunning Tramuntana Mountains.

Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands, where clear water meets a stunning rugged landscape. It’s a place that encourages you to slow down and enjoy a simple daily rhythm.

Over seven nights, this retreat offers space to settle, practise and properly unwind. We’re based at Tramuntana Flow, a retreat centre designed specifically for yoga and rest, set in the countryside with easy access to both mountains and sea.

Each day includes yoga, breathwork and meditation, with the option to join strength training sessions, as well as massage treatments. All meals are nourishing, vegetarian and thoughtfully prepared to support practice, recovery and ease.

What to Expect

This is a 7 night fully catered retreat on the paradise island of Mallorca.

We have self-serve breakfast pots, coffee tea and fruit available on wake up.

Each morning practice begins with kriya and meditation in the gardens followed by two 75-minute dynamic yoga classes. The first is more challenging dynamic practice and the second is a mobility-focused session designed to be widely accessible. You are welcome to join one or both classes each day depending on how you feel.

After a hearty brunch the afternoons are left intentionally spacious for relaxing, swimming, massage treatments, beach visits or exploring the area by car. On three afternoons during the week, optional strength training sessions are offered with Emily McClendon.

In the late afternoon, we gather again for breathwork, meditation or restorative practice before dinner.

Evenings are relaxed and unstructured, there are lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away if you’d like a wander or stay in to enjoy the quiet of the evening and the amazing sunsets.

Place and Landscape

Mallorca has a dramatic interior, the Serra de Tramuntana mountains run along the northwest coast, all pine forests, olive groves, and stone villages. The coastline is only a short drive away, with gorgeous turquoise beaches.

Tramuntana Flow sits right between the mountains and the sea. The retreat gardens look out over the mountains, and cafes and restaurants are close enough to walk to though everything you need is within the retreat itself.

The Retreat Setting

The retreat centre has been carefully restored and purpose-built for yoga. The villa is surrounded by gardens filled with trees, flowers and birdlife with plenty of space to hang out in. It’s an easy place to settle into and even though it’s close to the village we feel like we are in the middle of nowhere.

You can get to the beach by bus, car or taxi, or just stay home enjoying the saltwater pool. There are lots of options for activties beyond the yoga program, you can join a coastal walk or explore one of Mallorca’s sailing trips if you want to see more of the coast.

Who This Retreat Is For

This is open to all levels of yoga experience and is a real invitation to connect with your practice and spend time in good company.
